Last weekend, reality star Holly Madison (who's seven months pregnant) attended a premiere at Rock of Ages Theatre in Las Vegas wearing a sexy purple rouched maternity dress with a cowl neck, embellished with jewels at the shoulders.
Purple seems to be the "it" color with expectant celebs (Reese Witherspoon wore a lot of purple before she gave birth last fall), and we're suckers for luxe details like sparkly jewels that make you feel really pretty while pregnant.
